Does the service include making purchases, payments or other charges on my behalf?
Our service includes only the time taken by VIP Errand Service to execute the duties requested. The time starts
when we leave the office for your service and stops when we return to a designated location. Fees, merchandise payment and
other charges associated with performing errands on our client's behalf, are the responsibility of the client.
How much notice do you need to help me schedule a service?
We operate an on demand service but we would prefer 24 hours so that we can ensure the best possible
service; however, we will do everything possible to accommodate same day and urgent requests.
How do I know what to expect
for charges in using your services?
Most of the tasks we perform are charged on a per errand basis or an
hourly rate. We will be happy to discuss what you need and want so that we can estimate the time and rates with you. You
will know in advance how much the service is going to cost you.
What if I don't see a service I need listed?
Just give us a call
and ask. We will do our best to provide it for you.
Do you provide services outside your serviced
area?
Services outside our service area may be subject to an additional mileage charge. We can work with
you to determine the best way to provide assistance.
